PRE-REGISTRATION WITH DIE FLEDERMAUS

Melanie Jones is the land agent for the Clan and she is in charge of Pre-registration as well. Clan Die Fledermaus has chosen to pre-register together. What this means is that we ask that no one pre-reg. on-line or via mail. We prefer to send all of the Clan’s pre-registrations together in a big packet. This allows us to ensure there will not be any mistakes on individual’s forms, such as a mis-spelling of Die Fledermaus, which could potentially cause our group to not receive as much land from the Pennsic Land-o-Crat as we should. Group registrations also allows us to have proof that each person did indeed register with our clan. The Coopers do not supply Melanie with a list of names of persons pre-registered with us. To this end, if you do not complete a pre-registration form and pay the fees with Die Fledermaus by June 1st, you will not be allowed to camp with the Clan. This year we will have a pre-registration form on our web site. We ask that everyone fill this form out as soon as they can. Once the form has been completed, it is your responsibility to send a check for you pre-registration fee to our treasurer, Michael Fitzgerald. Please write “pre-registration” in the memo section of your check and if the check is for multiple people, please include their names in that section as well. If you are married, or a couple etc. please do not assume that Fitz will know that but write everything which the check is to cover in the memo section. (e.g. Pre-reg. and dues for Sam and Diane Marsh). This will make things much easier for Fitz.
